A TigerShield™ thermal insulation sheet is built in layers:

1. Outer layer — High-purity aluminium foil with 97% reflectivity (3% emissivity)
2. Core layer — Closed-cell polyethylene (PE) air bubble film that traps still air
3. Inner layer — A second aluminium foil layer (in double-foil variants)

The aluminium foil reflects radiant heat away from the building. The PE bubble core blocks conductive heat transfer. The trapped air inside the bubbles slows convective heat loss. Combined, it’s a three-mode thermal barrier in a single lightweight sheet that’s under 5 kg per roll far lighter and easier to install than glass wool or rock wool, with no fibres, no dust, and no special protective gear required.
